I am a native Wisconsinite. Born in Plymouth and grew up in Platteville. My first love of performing came from my family. As one of 24 grandchildren, we always had plenty of a cast to put together our own little shows and choirs. The study of trumpet and cello also fueled my musical career. I credit my sister with my current pursuits of musical theatre, after she basically dragged me to the high school's musical auditions during my freshman year.
I eventually decided to pursue music and theatre in college by attending Belmont University in Nashville, TN where I completed my Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. I also studied acting at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in NYC in 2012.
The last two summers before landing back in Nashville were spent performing with the College Light Opera Company in Cape Cod, where I was awarded the WISE Foundation's Emerging Artist of the Year certificate for my performance as Billy in My One and Only.
I am always looking for meaningful and effective theatre to be a part of. My hope is that through my art and life, I can inspire and positively affect many different people all over the world.
